Welcome to Triple G's Resort, a premier Global Glamping Establishment where luxury meets the great outdoors. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a wonderful and hassle-free experience.

 

1. Booking and Cancellation Policy:

• Any cancelations after reservation is made 50% refund, cancelations within two weeks of booking date ZERO REFUND!

 

2. Rates and Occupancy:

 

• Our rates are competitively priced compared to similar locations in the area. Given the high demand and the fact that Glacier receives over 3,000,000+ visitors annually, we encourage early bookings to secure your spot.

 

3. Pet Policy:

 

• Triple G's Resort is pet friendly! There is a $50 pet fee per animal. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, as it covers additional cleaning and maintenance to ensure the comfort of our future guests.

 

4. Nature and Wildlife:

 

• As we are located in a natural setting, guests should be prepared for encounters with local wildlife and insects. We do not offer refunds for interactions with nature, including sightings of animals or insects.

• Bear Country: Guests are advised to carry bear spray for safety. Our location is in bear country, and while encounters are rare, safety is our priority.

• Food Storage: To prevent wildlife encounters, please store food in designated safe areas and avoid leaving any food in your vehicles.

 

5. Pest Control:

 

• We conduct regular pest control and rodent remediation three times a year to maintain a comfortable environment for our guests. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of critters due to our natural setting and do not offer refunds for such occurrences.

 

6. Liability Waiver:

 

• Guests assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of their stay at Triple G's Resort. The Resort is not liable for personal injuries or loss of personal belongings.

 

7. Amenities and Services:

 

• We provide basic amenities and services as described on our website. Any additional services may incur extra charges.

 

8. Respect for Nature and Environment:

 

• Guests are expected to respect the natural environment and adhere to eco-friendly practices during their stay. Littering, damaging vegetation, or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.
